Here’s to a fresh start in 2012!
As we roll into this new year I am delighted to report that Swan Lace has been growing and perfecting my styles & patterns, for 34 years! I appreciate all the input I have received from all you who have shared your vision and ideas as this has further personalized my line of unique garments that are all produced here in the USA.
My thanks to all of you who have allowed me to “capture your image” after you have played dress up in my shop. I will now be compiling all your photos and posting them under the tab: Testimonials: Customers Photos for you to view and share. If I didn’t get a photo of you while you were in my shop I invite you to send me your own photo in a Swan Lace outfit so I might load them here as well.
Please leave a comment or contact me with any questions about a garment or an outfit you saw while visiting one of my Renaissance shops during this last season and I will help you create your own personalized outfit for your next dress-up occasion or a perfect gift for a loved one.
I am now preparing for my end of year inventory and making ready for my next festival near my studio on Hwy 290, just west of Paige, TX. Yea! – My first “home show” – I can actually go home each evening and sleep in my own bed!
This will be the 3rd year for Sherwood Forest Fair (SWFF) which will open on Feb. 11th, 2012 & run through April 1st, 2012 including Friday, March 16th, 2012 during our local school spring break week (Austin, TX area). This year I am proud to present a beautiful choice of Reversible Victorian Corsets, all stitched locally, of the highest quality. As well as offering corsets ready to purchase we specialize in offering individual custom tailored, special order Victorian corsets in your own combination of colors ready for pick up or delivery within 2 – 4 weeks time.
My SWFF booth is smaller than my other 3 festival shops, but very full with all my garments, giving you many choices for your use as Renaissance Garb as well as Vacation/Resort wear. I have plans to enlarge this building after concluding this 2012 season to offer a special area for my gents’ garments, as well as more space for my Victorian Reversible Corsets, women’s and children’s garments and hair accessories along with more dressing rooms.
I am relieved to report that I have hired some new folks who will be helping get all these deadlines met. I will now be able to devote more time and attention to the re-building of this new web site presentation.
As I work to complete this site, please let me know if I can further assist you while you build and/or complete your own unique outfit.

Sorry for the long delay in responding to your inquiry. I will have all my stock back to TRF after the third weekend from closing my shop in Ohio. I will have a rather small selection of the wonderful full Victorian Corsets but I should be able to work out a special order. Do come and speak with me when you visit my shop or I will look for any communication via email.

Yes back in February there was no time to improve my web site. After I get through TRF I will be jumping back into adding photos and more functions to Swan Lace online. Thank you for your patience and if you send me a phone number I would be glad to help you directly with a selection if you are unable to attend Texas Ren. Fair which will run through Thanksgiving Weekend. My shop # is 249 and all my stock will be available after the 3rd weekend (October 23rd and 24th).

So sorry for the long delay in this reply – a whole year almost on the nose! Yes, I am back at TRF this year with the line of underbust Victorian Corsets and after the third weekend when I get all my stock back from Ohio Ren. Fair and then I will have a small selection of the wonderful reversible full Victorian Corsets of the highest quality.
