Ordering Instructions:I do most of my retail business at Arts & Crafts Shows and Renaissance Festivals where my full line is available to see and try on, which is a great way to be certain that you are asking for the right style and correct size. I have included some guidelines for sizing each garment on the individual order pages. If you have never been to any of my shops or booths and are uncertain about the sizing instructions please send an email or call my studio and I will assist you in ordering a correct size. If you have seen my display and do not find on the web page, a specific solid color or if you are wanting one of my specialty hand dyed patterns, please do not hesitate to contact me so I can let you know if I have the particular color or dye pattern in the garment you wish to order. To place an order it is best to fill out the Mail Order Form, using the charts to figure the Delivery & Handling and the sales tax (if applicable), and mail it directly to my studio address. You may call my studio phone or send me an email directly to ask questions or to discuss special situations, if I am unavailable to answer, please leave a detailed message, including your phone # and complete address and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I do need a completed Order Form with signature to process all credit card purchases. Be sure to keep a record of the exact items you ordered for your records. I will include a copy of the totaled credit card charge slip and washing instructions with your order. Ordering Time:Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery time. We try and keep a stock of most all of our regular items; however, due to the seasonal retail sales, the many options of fabrics, colors, styles and sizes, the production of the item, or outfit you order may begin at the time your order is received. Depending on fabric availability, situations with the individuals responsible for certain stages of production and finishing, I must be realistic and show a 2-8 week estimated deliver time. If you have a special event for which you are ordering these items please make a note at the time of the order and if I am unable to ship in time I will notify you right away. If I am out of stock on any one item I will hold the order till all items are completed. If I cannot complete the order I will contact you and discuss a substitute refund any prepaid funds. Exchange - Returns - RefundsMy business is based on satisfied customers so I wish to stress the need for careful consideration before purchasing from my booth during one of the festivals or ordering from my web page. All Sales Are Final is my policy, however, I encourage an exchange to ensure your satisfaction and a proper fit of your new Swan Lace garment. All exchange/returns require authorization before shipping, and are subject to the item(s) being received in its' original condition. If all else fails refunds can be authorized; however, due to the excessive paperwork and non-refundable fees charged to my business generated in the handling for any return I find it necessary to charge a 10% RESTOCKING FEE for all refunds. |
